This Contract covers various types of services, including but not limited to consulting,
technology, engineering, architectural, legal, medical, training, interpreting, and
other professional services. Examples of such services include hiring a consultant
for business strategy advice, engaging a software development company for a new project,
contracting an an attorney for legal advice, or employing a medical expert for specialized
training. (do not use for Public Works). Agreement for Services instructions. |

This Contract is designed for services provided by an individual or sole proprietor
in cases where the scope and complexity are limited. Examples of such services include
small equipment repairs, moving services, or photography. (do not use for Public Works).

This Contract is used for speakers, performing arts, workshops, or other limited engagements that are non-recurring and short in duration. (i.e. a few hours to a day or two) | |
This Contract is used for Public Works such as construction, repairs, or maintenance
on District facilities less than $60k in accordance with CUPCCAA. Contract amounts
greater than $25k require Exhibit B for Payment and Performance Bonds. Public Works and Maintenance Agreement instructions. Public Works projects greater than $60k require a competive bid process. Please contact Purchasing for assistance. |

This Contract is used for design services with firms not in the District’s Architectural Pool of prequalified firms. | |
