COOPERATIVE Contracts
Utilizing cooperative contracts from public agencies can help the District save both time and money. The Purchasing Department thoroughly examines these contracts to ensure they were awarded by a public agency, that the District is legally allowed to use them, the contract terms and conditions can be met, and the required items or products are included. When necessary, the Board of Trustees grants approval to use these contracts. Here are some sources for information on public agency contracts:
