Agreement for Services (AFS) UPDATED 4/2025 |
This Contract is used for a variety of professional services provided by companies
or independent contractors. Examples include but are not limited to consulting, software
development, legal or medical services, equipment repairs, moving, photography, graphic
design, marketing, translation, transcription, web design, training, interpreting,
or facilitation services. For other types of services and agreements, please refer
to the Purchasing Documents Matrix for Goods and Services to determine the appropriate contract type. (do not use for Public Works). Agreement for Services instructions. |
This Contract is used for speakers, performing arts, workshops, or other limited engagements that are non-recurring and short in duration. (i.e. a few hours to a day or two) | |
This Contract is used for Public Works such as construction, repairs, or maintenance
on District facilities less than $75k in accordance with CUPCCAA. Contract amounts
greater than $25k require Exhibit B for Payment and Performance Bonds. Public Works and Maintenance Agreement instructions. Public Works projects greater than $75k require a competive bid process. Please contact Purchasing for assistance. |

Master Design Professional Agreement (MDPA) | This Contract is used for design services with firms that are in the District’s Architectural Pool of prequalified firms. |
Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) to Master Design Professional Agreement |
This Contract is used in conjunction with the Master Design Professional Agreement
to outline specific requirements and services for a project. |
This Contract is used for bus charter or other transportation services. |

Sports Officiating Agreement |
This Contract is used for sports officiating services such as referees or umpires. |
Contract Amendment Form |
The Contract Amendment is used to make modifications to an existing agreement, such as altering the scope of the agreement, the amount involved, or the duration of the contract. |
