Foothill – De Anza Board Policy 3315 requires that procedures be established to implement a program or plan to be activated in the event of an emergency or when a natural disaster or hazardous condition occurs; the District Police Department maintains an emergency management notification program to protect lives (human and animal), property, and to continue necessary critical functions in the events of an emergency.
