HOW TO REGISTER, VIEW BID OPPORTUNITIES, AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS:
To view some of our current bid opportunities go to
http://www.govbids.com/scripts/BAPS/public/OpenBids/SelectAgency.asp
If you would like to be included in our bidders lists for the commodities or services that your company sells, go to the following Bay Area Purchasing System (BAPS) website to register
http://www.govbids.com/scripts/BAPS/public/info/regoptions.asp
Registration is free unless you choose to buy the optional notification service. The free service leaves it up to the vendor to check that website to view bids, RFPs, RFQs that were posted, while the notification service requires vendors to pay a yearly fee to receive immediate notice when bids, RFPs, or RFQs are announced. Additional information on Bidnet (Bay Area Purchasing System) can be obtained by clicking on Bidnet Letter. Also, check out our Vendor Information, Vendor Guide, and the Purchasing Assignments pages. You may contact the Buyer who purchases what you sell for information about informal quotation opportunities that may not be posted on the Bay Area Purchasing System website.
